Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking on our website, you agree to these terms. ‘We’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ refer to Hilly Hideaway.  

Arrival and departure: Lodges are ready from 2pm on your arrival day, though we’ll be as flexible as we can. Early arrivals may not be possible as we’ll be preparing for your stay. We offer self check-in so you can arrive when it suits you. Directions and your one-time lock box code will be sent 24–48 hours before arrival. Check-out is by 10am so we can get ready for the next guests.  

Cancellation: Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund of prepayments. Up to 5 days before arrival, you’ll get a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations after that.  

Covid-19 update: If government rules require closure, you’ll get a full refund.  

Cancellation insurance is only available through third parties, and we recommend it.  

Force majeure: We aren’t liable for refunds or expenses if events beyond our control—like war threats, strikes, blockades, fire, floods, or other disruptions—stop us from hosting your stay.
